Steam version of Hellgate London uses low quality textures, disabled visual effects and low quality cinematics and these are higher quality textures, re-enabled visual effects and HD version of cinematics. Before using any of the modification make a backup from your character saves and game files. Modifications should not effect game other than visually, but you never know. Btw.
