Malibu is basically a 27-mile long beach stretching from Topanga State Beach in the South to County Line Beach in the North. Even though there are some incredible public beaches in Malibu (Topanga, Surfrider, Zuma, and Leo Carrillo to name a few), much of its coastline is blocked by million-dollar mansions and private beach clubs.

County Line is the last major beach in Malibu as you travel north on Pacific Coast Highway on the way to Oxnard or Ventura. It has a rather small parking lot that is directly across from Neptune's Net. Parking is allowed on both sides of PCH, but crossing the highway can be dangerous.
